David Armentrout and his Real Estate partner Julie Wills have taken their 25+ combined years of high-level real estate sales experience to create a client-centered, results-focused real estate team. Along with helping over 500 families with their real estate needs through his 15 years in real estate, David is also an active member of numerous local realty associations as well as an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Columbus Board of Realtors.

David has called Central Ohio home for 27 years and has a vast and varied knowledge of the greater Columbus area. When David isn’t out helping his clients find the perfect home you can find him somewhere outdoors with his dog Riley enjoying a vast array of outdoor activities or at his home either baking the most fantastic cheesecake you have ever had in your entire life (as voted by every team member of Julie & Company), reading, or watching classics on TV.
